Overview
This website is operated by Fluvy (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our online store and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm one of two things: you are at least the age of majority where you live, or you have your parent’s or guardian’s consent to use the site.

2. Products and descriptions
We do our best to display our products, colors and prints as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price, if we suspect fraud, or if an item is out of stock. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. Please make sure all account, contact and shipping details you provide are accurate and complete.

5. Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery times and other details are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds
You may return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items, which we replace or refund free of charge.

7. Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, or applied to previous orders. The Fluvy Club welcome code is valid once per customer on a first order. We may end or change promotions at any time.

8. Reviews and content you submit
If you send us comments, photos, reviews or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful and that it does not violate anyone’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share that content in connection with our store. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site belongs to Fluvy or its licensors, including text, graphics, logos, designs and images. It may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site for any of the following:

• any unlawful purpose

• infringing anyone’s rights

• uploading malicious code

• interfering with the site’s security

• collecting other users’ personal information

11. Third-party links and tools
Our site may include links to or tools from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third-party websites or services.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

13. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
