Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing at all. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders arrive in 2–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your Fluvy is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your couch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@fluvy.shop with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily change or cancel it.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Oh no! Email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong: then we send a free replacement or a full refund. Please tell us the reason for the return and send the item back unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@fluvy.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return address and everything you need to send it back.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra business days to show up on your account.
Can I exchange for a different print?
Of course! Email us within 30 days of delivery. Send back the one you have and we'll ship your new print with free shipping. Not sure which? We'll help you choose.
Size & fit
Which size should I choose?
Fluvies come in two sizes. Adult fits most people around 165–180 cm (5'5"–5'11"), length 95 cm. Kid fits roughly 115–150 cm (3'9"–4'11"), length 80 cm. Have a look at our size guide for all the measurements.
Is it really one size fits all?
The Adult Fluvy is oversized on purpose, so it fits loosely on most body types. If you're shorter than the guide, it simply turns into more blanket. If you're taller, it sits a bit higher, like a cosy oversized hoodie.
Can parents and kids match?
Yes! Several prints come in both Adult and Kid sizes, just pick the size in the product page. Browse the Kids collection to see them all.
Materials & care
What is a Fluvy made of?
Soft flannel on the outside and fluffy sherpa fleece on the inside. The fabric is OEKO-TEX® certified, which means it's tested for harmful substances.
Will it make me too hot?
Fluvies are warm and cosy but breathable, perfect for chilly evenings at home, camping trips or a cold office.
How do I wash my Fluvy?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors, then tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener to keep the sherpa extra fluffy.
Will the colors fade?
Our prints use fade-resistant colors, so your Fluvy stays bright and happy wash after wash.
Orders, payment & gifts
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with all the methods shown at checkout. Every payment is processed securely through Shopify, and we never see or store your card details.
Do you have discounts?
Join the Fluvy Club with your email and get 10% off your first order, plus first dibs on new prints and cosy drops.
Is a Fluvy a good gift?
It's one of the best! Fluvies are a hit for birthdays, holidays, Secret Santa, a new home or "just because". And with 30 days to return or exchange, it's a safe pick.
